"Highly recommend staying at Mvuvi if staying on the east side of the island! Staff was always attentive and made sure our stay was wonderful. Both restaurants were fantastic! It was easy to book all of our excursions through Mvuvi and made it super convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. "

"I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. It was incredible, special Thanks to the lovely restaurant stuff, who became my professional friends in this short time. Special Thanks to Godlisten, Kambani, Ezekiel for making my birthday incredible. The lovelu reception staf Keniza (i think how to spell it) and Majid. They made my stay amazing. The room was decorated lovely for my birthday. It was always clean. Very nice stuff. The food was good. 10/10"

"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. "I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

"Loved the property, its location by the sea its personel and owners. The restaurant with italian food. Service great, special mention Colin in the receprion, Joy in the restaurant and Leila who cleaned my room. Did not like the floors in the bathroom as very alippery when wet."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. Huge thanks to Abdul at the cashier desk for the amazing upgrade to the Executive Beach Front Room #9 — what a treat! And Ali at Café LUX, thank you for your help — such a well-mannered young man. We will definitely be coming back again! "

"I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. "

"Our stay at the Bamboo Hotel was truly wonderful. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the unique architectural design—where you can gaze out at the ocean as if it’s a living, breathing TV screen—is incredibly relaxing. The rooms were spotless and clearly well-maintained; the staff does an exceptional job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Service was excellent—everyone was warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we especially loved the fresh juices—they were refreshing and full of flavor. Overall, we highly recommend the Bamboo Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful waters and top-notch service."
