"Haven't been to the Arts Factory for quite a few years now. Love the place, its uniqueness in the vanilla of the modern Byron Bay, as well as its proximity to beaches, town etc. The staff were a mixed bunch, the lady that checked me was awesome, friendly, competent and welcoming.Other staff were a mixed bunch with some having little interest and others being somewhat rude. "This is a magical place nestled near the entrance to the Daintree Forest. My family hiked the nicely maintained and well-documented trails next to the Mossman river, swam in it, also enjoyed the pool that the hotel maintains. The wine and cocktail tastings every evenings are a great way to wind down the day, the meals were simply sumptuous - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had so much good food!
