"When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn there was a building site next door and our balcony was practically over looking it. We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...
