"Avid was a beautiful hotel and the staff was some of the best I've encountered at a hotel before. If I'm ever in Fort Wayne again, I will definitely be staying here."

"The people above us stomped Saturday morning from around 5am through 10:30ish. Saturday night into Sunday morning the same thing. My husband called the front desk at 1:00am it rang 50 times no one picked up. Then 30 minutes or so later they called the room. Said he would look into it, and to report it in the morning. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. The air/heat did not work. It squealed every time it was turned on. Very frustrating."
