"Lovely communication on App and email however I was offered the spa experience cheaper than what I paid so had a glass of bubbles to make up for it. Staff were pleasant but a bit pushy at the breakfast table wanting to clear away dishes instead of letting us have a relaxed chat. Would have liked a room service menu"

"We always stay at the Future Inns when we come to Cardiff - we tried an alternative hotel once but won't do that again! Future Inns is always clean, tidy, quiet and excellent quality - we always book a Suite now because it's not much more money for twice the space - the sitting room area is just lovely to chill out in and just have that extra bit of room. The carpets are good quality, the bathroom is clean and the shower is powerful enough! All in all, it's the place we go back to everytime now and love it."
