Wow. The staff and breakfast could not be beaten. This might date the experience, but they were COVID conscious while extending warmth and care at every turn. They displayed a number of "pardon the renovations" signs and emails, but we never saw a single disruption to the structure. The rooms must have been updated recently because they were lovely and clean feeling.

Staybridge Suites exceeded all my expectations, and that is saying a lot for me. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, the towels were a good size, four pillows per bed, and a fully stocked kitchenette for our suite. I really liked that there was a tub in one bathroom and a step in shower in the other. That worked really well for our group. Highway noise was not an issue. Nice hotel

Always great service. Clean and exactly what i wanted.

Stay was as expected. Lots of room to sleep all four of us on two Queens and a sleeper sofa. Its been a couple of years since we have been in a Springhill suites but it appears that they have remodeled the bathrooms and we love the new look, except that the sliding door does not have a lock, which some people will not like.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...

I grew up in Buffalo (actually Cheektowaga) and hadn't been back in 5 years. I brought my eight year old daughter along for her first Western NY experience (summer, not winter). Given health conditions of family members, we decided it was better to stay in a hotel during our stay. TownePlace was an affordable solution. everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is incredible. Room service was top-notch. We did not even want to leave!

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend.
