"need to have safe gluten free options for people with allergies beside a hard boiled egg and yoplait yogurt. Requested room away at end of hall - was not provided and very noisy/yelling and slamming of doors until almost 10:00 at night."

"Breakfast was alright -basic hotel food. Young man at check in was very friendly and polite . Young man at front desk on our second night was unpleasant. Shower/tub in room was clogged -wouldn’t go down at all . Nasty ! Called and they did come and fix it. Then second day we were there, we left at 11am for the day and came back around 9:30pm to a clogged toilet! "

"Entrance is grand and beautiful. Great space to take pictures but as we expected the bedrooms were very outdated. Reserved 2 bedrooms. One of the rooms shower was clogged ahich caused water to seep through to the other side of the wall which was rhe bedroom. We had bags on the floor against the wall and didnt realize this until I picked up the duffle bag and saw the entire carpet wet. We arrived around 10pm from a 10hr drive too tired to deal with room switches. On top of that not enough towels in the rooms. Luckily one of the guests brought their own towel but in the second room when we called the front desk they said someone would have to go get the towels at the front desk noone available to deliver them. Front desk wasnt the friendliest during checkin. This was a one night stay. Will not be staying here again."

"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"

"Honestly, one of the most charming places I have stayed! Super helpful, friendly staff and such a cozy atmosphere. I did some work on my laptop in the lobby area listening to jazz and having tea in one of their rocking chairs. Absolutely full of history and art in the middle of a little Hallmark movie town. Extremely walkable, well maintained, charming inn."
