"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"Fan switch was broken, so it was almost impossible to change it or turn it off. Photo of property in Expedia was very misleading, in terms of location, surroundings and how everything seemed new or polished within the room. Not enough cups, plates and no screens for windows to stop bugs. Again, very misleading. Properties must be shown as they are."

"Easy check in Peaceful stay. Bed was too soft. Fridge made one heavy noise every few minutes for 2-3 hours. Couldn't make the room dark at night. TV light sensor was bright and stayed on all night/ need a card cover. "
