Sir Christopher Wren Hotel

"Excellent location next to the river, within walking distance to everything. The chilled drinking water in the lobby was a nice touch. The room was small but comfortable, but it had a peculiar smell, maybe just from the age of the building? Despite being on the ground floor, there were stairs up and down and an awkward corridor to reach it. The restaurant was overpriced for what it offered, but it was our first night and we were too tired and jetlagged to go out in search of food."

"Everything was good for accommodating an overnight layover stay for my wife and I. Only negative comment is that the shower was a bit interesting only having half of a glass cover the one side of the bathtub. It worked for a shower it was just interesting and had a bit of leak over water. Other than that everything was clean and good for us."

"Staff were welcoming and answered all my questions with ease. Parking and charging on site was simple, the gym was well equipped and the restaurant had a great choice, good staff and high quality. I had nothing to complain about for a one night business trip it was ideal."

"Close to the airport- Talking a pod to Terminal 5 took about 10 minutes. Room a bit dated but fine. Restaurant upstairs fine!"

"The shower was rotten. Changed from + 40 to 25 degrees centigrade in a matter of seconds. No use washing your hair there. Room was hilarious though; gold, fake leather and crystal. It’s like a very fancy brothel."

"This visit was only a one night quick overnight as we were attending the golf at Wentworth. Arrived quite late and left early. The rooms are spotlessly clean with a lovely comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The bathroom is very nice with a great size shower. This isn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last."
