"Good safe location. Clean, friendly variety of breakfast options."

"It is a nice property and well maintained. However, parking should have been included especially for someone presenting at an event being held on the property."

"In the room we stayed in, the mattress was extra firm. That is just simply not our preference. The main issues were the attitude of the lady at check-in and the breakfast buffet option offered. "Rooms were clean and spacious. Front was very helpful and polite"

"Lovely clean room, friendly staff, central location for exploring Nashville and Franklin. I would definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. "No phones in the room, coffee machine didn't work, shower was cold, Etc"

"The first room I was put in had a water bug in the sink and both shower doors slid to the right if not pushed firmly to the left. So I was quickly moved to a wonderful room, with no such issues. The staff are absolutely wonderful, from the room cleaners to the front desk - hard working and cheerful, and always very helpful. They understand gracious hospitality better than most."
