FIRST FLOOR: Open floor plan includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen has an island with modern appliances and an adjacent laundry room. There is a small wood stove in the kitchen area that is perfect for cozy mornings. Walk out of the kitchen to a very private deck with a gas grill plus seating for 8 and a fenced backyard. A second, larger wood stove in the living room creates a cozy space with a sleep sofa and TV, DVD/VHS player. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. On the first level, the main bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large picture window for gorgeous morning views. The second bedroom has a double bed. Two full bathrooms (showers only) are on the main floor. The screened side porch is a perfect place to read on the futon or rocking chairs.

SECOND FLOOR: One bedroom with a double bed and cot and another bedroom with Lemoyne sleeper twin cots that can be converted to a king bed.

OUTDOORS: The 1/4 acre side yard is very private and perfect for hammocks or games such as croquet or badminton (all provided). It is a convenient stroll to the Dewire Center, shops in town or to the Hardly Able at the Edgemere Dock.

Cook cottage sleeps up to eight. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Cook Cottage, but cannot bet guaranteed.
