"Ty and other front desk employees and General Manager super accommodating!! Beds starting to be to soft. I usually get same room and bed was really tooo soft!!! But I stay here because people like Ty are so good to us!!!!"

"Very clean hotel in a nice area. Was in town for a concert at the amphitheater and it was in perfect distance. Several restaurants within a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in town for another concert. "

"Everything is just like the pictures but maybe even better. The beds were super comfy, the space between all bedrooms were perfect! The neighborhood is nice and its close to the main highway 75. Would def consider staying again."

"Yosa will not respond to messages and will take questions that you may have while staying there as "complaining". Our stay was not a home away from home stay, there was no heat in the living room and kitchen area and bedroom in that section of the house. The bedrooms on the other end of the house gets hot while the other end is cold. Two days later after I kept mentioning the heat, she had someone bring over a brand-new space heater but did not work. She said she was going to replace it the next day but did not. I was going to ask the lady about other things, however, she could not speak English. The guest bathroom shower - the water does not get hot and the bottom of the shower tile are full of grime. Her dishwasher does not work. I asked her if her dishwasher works (listed on the property) and she would not respond. We had an incident with co-tenant two nights prior to check out and this incident was beyond a nightmare!! I did not feel safe in her place, so I left a day prior to my check out, had to pay for unexpected expenses (had gotten UBER an hour away and also had to pay for a hotel overnight for the last night). I dealt with the situation my entire day - keep in mind last day of my vacation!! The next day while dealing with VRBO and speaking with Yosa, she completely will lie to you and she will tell VRBO that she will work with the host but when she talks to you, she will lie. She told me directly, "my family will not reimburse you because we work together" "
