The manager of the restaurant (Pascal, I think?) was the NICEST and friendliest man I've met on my trip through France. Just an angel, especially with my allergies. Fellow Americans, just know that there is no A/C whatsoever. But it's a great location with wonderfully quiet rooms.

This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

It’s close to the airport, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with alot of selection. Close to the bus station. I highly recommend it to a family member and friends. If I go back in Geneva I will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.
