Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. "I stayed here with my husband and toy cavoodles while we evacuated our flood prone house and waited out Cyclone Alfred. Steve was amazing at helping out and accommodating our needs and his communication was fast and excellent. The house was super clean, comfortable and safe. It held up very well and met all our needs.
