"Great little cabin with beautiful countryside and only a short distance from Lexington and VMI! Easy check-in. Great space indoors and out. Kitchen was nice and had all the amenities we needed."

"Comfortable shower after hiking was great. Plus, having free toiletries was helpful."

"A favorite!! We returned here for a second stay because of the beautiful setting, the amenities that make a perfect haven for a stop-over on a long trip (refrigerator, pool, coffee options). So thankful for close proximity to quick morning hike (or a long one!)."

"Very cute log cabin in the woods. Charming, peaceful, just lovely. Close to the trails we wanted to hike. If we are ever headed that way again we would definitely book a stay."

"Super cute cabin! Friendly hosts and very clean."

"The place is a dump and questionable people staying there possibly on drugs. My husband woke the next morning to a flat tire that had a obvious puncture room in the sidewall no security cameras on premises lost a day of work and had to buy a tire and was not offered a refund."

"Located in quiet area, clean with necessary appliances. Truly enjoyed our stay. Even got to pet horses and goats that are on the owners property. Would stay again when in area."

"Plan to relax, nothing else is needed! Very well supplied Yurt! Also you can order fresh baked goods to be delivered the following morning or preorder for your arrival. That made this experience very special!"

"The Victorian flat is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous antique furniture. The location couldn't be better. We will definetly be back."

"For our first visit to the Natural Bridge State Park area, we chose to stay at a Vrbo property nearby in the Lexington , VA area. The Rustic Bayberry property nailed it on every category. We had great communications from the property owner & truly enjoyed our time there. Due to 100 feel like temps on the July 4th weekend, we found ourselves at the property most afternoons relaxing as the property’s cooling system was a welcomed item during the heat. Thanks to the Meads for a fabulous...

"We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

"A peaceful location for our weekend events. Located in the quiet country setting, the home was spacious and clean. Waking up to deer and nearby horses was an extra perk. The host was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider this for another visit."

"Had a great time! Great place to enjoy the mountains!"

"Missy communicated well. "

"Nicely kept and great pastoral location. Would recommend adding a few more kitchen supplies to make cooking a little easier. Really did not enjoy a corner camera and alarm at parking area that would go off everytime you walked by. I've never experienced that at a short term rental. Overall pretty good stay though"

"Excellent place to stay on our motorcycle ride vacation. Great views from window upstairs. Lot of deer wandering around. Good restaurants in Lexington VA. We will definitely stay here again."

"Our host, Christine, was wonderful and made us feel very welcome! Both the indoor space and the grounds were immaculate. We really appreciated the use of the super clean kitchen with beautiful mountain views out of the window! Doing dishes looking out of that window was a joy! The bedding was also really cozy and I could see Sharp Top and Flat Top from the bed! We also enjoyed walking around the grounds and along the pond as well as watching the sun set behind the mountains from the gazebo!"
