The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. "Pleasant stay with beautiful views! Wayne met us at the entrance, check in was quick, walked us to our room, showed us around and brought breakfast the next day. Quiet spot. Balcony was perfect. Decor was a bit dated but didn't hinder the stay on bit. We had a bump in our schedule on the previous reservation and he was so accommodating, we were able to rearrange. We will definitely be back. Great experience. "

"The Sundowner Lodge was an absolutely incredible stay and I can't recommend it enough for you and your family to stay here. Tons of space, impeccably clean, and plenty of activities for everyone. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet and seating space which was great for our large group. We used the hot tub every day, swam in the indoor pools, played games, and watched movies in the comfy theater room. But, best of all - THE VIEW!!! Absolutely incredible panoramic view of the lake. "This place was beautifully and stylishly decorated and very clean. Pictures do not do the place justice. The main bedroom is very good sized. The second bed is up a narrow spiral staircase that our kids enjoyed…but I am not sure we would have enjoyed climbing up and down so much. There isn’t any sort of view out the windows, but that didn’t bother us since the lake was steps outside the door. Plus, the location gives you access to all the recreational equipment at the campsite next door...

We were close to Eureka springs and less than an hour from Branson making it a perfect central location for our stay. "This house is beautifully built and decorated and in a great location with a large parking area. Other than the spiral staircase, you do not feel like you’re in a tiny home at all. Everything essential is supplied and top of the line. The only thing I would add would be either a toaster or small toaster oven and an ice maker to the kitchen. To the upstairs I would add either shelves or drawers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We found lots of places to visit and loved Eureka...
