Located just a mile from charming downtown Eagle River, and within a half-mile of golf and retail shops, this home truly offers something for everyone in every season!

The private deck offers amazing lake views and the gently sloping lawn leads directly down to the water's edge where you can swim or launch kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards (not supplied). Challenge guests to a few rounds of foosball in the game room or head upstairs to stream a movie on the living room smart TV. A gorgeous river rock fireplace provides a cozy centerpiece for family gatherings here. Plan and prepare all your meals or snacks easily in the well-appointed full kitchen. Share meals or enjoy a game night around the large dining table. Breakfast bar seating is also available.

The hot tub is not currently available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Please use dock to the left of the home when looking a the lake, the dock with the boat house is for the neighboring property. Pontoon onsite is not for guest use.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
