"Appreciate the cleanliness of this Hotel and atmosphere for breakfast and lounge. Parking lot was accommodating and easy online check in and out. Very good location for traveling up and down the peninsula."

"Obviously the view is the selling point of this house. Lovely!! Can't get enough of it. Location is excellent, The house sits on a quiet road...we were surprised, considering it's peak fall foliage. The cute little park just down the road had better access to actually get close to the lake, since this property's access is exactly as pictured, with steep stairs and no place to walk. But Tabacco Park is very close. We found everything clean in the house. The only thing that didn't work was the TV. Unfortunately, even with numerous text communication with the host, we weren't able to take in Saturday football games. It wasn't for lack of trying, the host gave many suggestions to get the TV to work. It just never did. Disappointing. But, the effort was appreciated. Things I really liked...the view & location. The privacy was great, even though that meant planning ahead. The stars!! The concrete countertop. The big, sturdy dining room table. The comfortable bed. Just a couple of changes I would suggest. Add a door or half door leading to the lower level. Or even a gate that works. There was a gate that didn't fit the opening, though we were able to prop it up. We didn't want our pup running all over the house so we propped the gate up and confined ourselves, and our pup, to the upstairs. Also, add an updated shower head. It wouldn't be expensive, but would be nice. Overall we were very happy with the house!Thank you!"

"Everything was great except the lock box that didn't work should be removed and the stairs down to the bedrooms needs to be enclosed! They were scary stairs! House was great. Location was great! Perfect for our trip and we loved the cat!!!"

"Excellent location - close to everything the Keweenaw Peninsula offers. Easy walk to the beach - perfect for my rock hound hubby! Hosts (Anthony and Kate) were so knowledgeable about the area and when I asked for an additional lamp, brought one over. We hope to return to the area next year and would definitely stay at this cottage!additional lig"
