"Classic Vail house with comfortable living spaces. Kitchen was very well equipped. Boot/ski room was very well designed and functional. Easy walk to just above Lionshead gondola and 10 minute walk to home. All the bathrooms are small and very dated. Hot tub small. Lots of stairs which is not obvious from specs on website. My handicapped wife could not have stayed here. Fortunately she decided not to come with us. Overall though, we enjoyed the house and location. I would rent it again."

"Nice property with all of the necessities of a rental property. Beds were comfy and the bunk bed was great for the kids. Close to Ski Cooper and walking distance to stores and restaurants in Leadville. Great location. Really liked the separate towels for the hot tub. We had everything we needed!"

"We had a reunion of friends. We are all 73 or above. We enjoyed having a bedroom for everyone and 4 bedrooms and also a half bath. It was a lots of steps but we managed okay. Construction across the street, but couldn’t be helped. Great kitchen and living room area. I would certainly recommend the house for groups. We had two couples and 3 single ladies. "
