"Upon arrival, the experience immediately began to deteriorate. The front desk staff was unprofessional and disorganized, providing us with a key card taped inside a piece of paper without any proper communication. When we reached our assigned room (Room 520), we discovered there was no door at all—just two maintenance workers actively replacing it. We were told to leave and come back later, despite having just checked in. After returning over an hour later with my children, the door was still not complete, and we were told to enter the room anyway while work continued. This created a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation, as we were expected to stay in a room with the door open and unknown individuals working inside. Despite multiple attempts to contact the front desk for assistance or a room change, no one answered. When I went down in person, the property was clearly understaffed and unable to assist. To make matters worse, the room itself was completely unacceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. The bedsheets contained visible feces,stains and hair, the floors were dirty with debris, and there was urine on the toilet seat. This is not just poor service—it is a serious failure in basic sanitation and guest safety standards. After enduring these conditions for hours with no resolution, my family and I ultimately left the hotel at 2:00 AM and went to the airport, as we could not safely or comfortably stay any longer."

"The kitchen is great but too many bugs around the room in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall too many bugs. Need to clean it. Room is great. It is just the bugs. Cockroaches is too many. "

"Our stay was disappointing. The toilet was loose and moved when sitting, which felt unsafe. The AC was very noisy, so we had to turn it off, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was okay, but the overall condition of the room needs improvement."

"Everything was “ok”. The outside of the building needs to be pressure washed. My daughter got in the pool….smelled no chlorine. I told her to get out. The room seemed clean and smelled good but the bathroom needs an upgrade from the walls, door, tub, floor, and trimming…which was badly chipping. The back of door was dirty. The front desk were all nice. I didn’t encounter no one else. Breakfast was ok….wasn't nasty. "

"I did not receive the room I originally booked. Instead, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room, which I did not request. This was also not the typical room type I usually receive when I make a reservation. I would have preferred the room that matched my original booking."
