"Two factors made our stay at this house so memorable: 1) The house sits on the beautiful island of Stegesund (no cars, only a small dirt road) that overlooks gorgeous water just outside of the town of Vaxholm. The July sun bathes the house in warm light all day long. You get the benefit of feeling away from the city while only being a 5 minute ferry/boat ride away from Vaxholm. "Ein kleines Haus auf einem wunderbaren Grundstück. Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die direkt neben dem Haus (10m) wohnenden Gastgebern. Funktionale Inneneinrichtung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Bett und Couch ist der Begriff „Patina“ nicht mehr anzuwenden. Stark durchgesessen / durchgelegen. Der Fernsehtechnik war nicht in Gang zu bringen, der DVD Player nicht vorhanden. Trotz traumhafter Lage und wunderschönen Zugängen zu einem See, haben wir uns entschieden, nach einer Nacht...

"This was an ideal property for our family group of ten, five adults and five children, ranging in age from 5 to18. The house has plenty of room and flexible accommodation. The woodland setting of the house is delightful and the close proximity of a lovely swimming lake a great bonus."

"Th cabin itself is adorable. Nice location, but not too close to the water. Some amenities do not function as well as may be assumed. For example, the door to the sauna does not fully close from the inside. Overall the sauna is very below average. Also, the shower often does not have hot water. This is something to look out for. On the other hand, the fireplace is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could ask for. The terrace is also beautiful - we had a lovely time drinking coffee out there...

"Das Haus mit großem Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig sehr nah am Zentrum von Lidingö mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guter Busanbindung an Metro und Fähre. Nachmittags und abends scheint die Sonne sehr schön auf die Terrasse neben der Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und zum gemeinsamen Kochen einlädt.
