The beds are comfortable, the full size washer and dryers were a godsend as we were traveling with carryons only. "Pros: comfy beds. Spacious. Functioning kitchen with great table. Very good location and it seems pretty modern and clean. Cons: the unit is on the 5th floor and the elevators are completely unreliable. We had to carry our luggage up five flights and now that I've seen reviews on other websites I see this is a recurring problem so buyer beware. When we checked out the elevator stopped with a family member stuck inside. Nothing worked to free her so the fire department was called to rescue her....
