"One of the reasons I was willing to pay this rate was because of the free breakfast. Cold cereal and apples is not a breakfast. I was forced to go out for breakfast at a cost of $14.56. I feel that the hotel should pay me back for this expense. I feel cheated!"

"I had my room changed because the TV did not work. Apparently the dayshift clerk did not update the system to reflect this change and the nightshift clerk issued a room key to the room I was staying in. At 1:30am my room door came flying open. It was terrifying as I thought someone was coming in to rob me. I did not sleep the rest of the night."
