"The place looked just like the pics. It was spacious and the covered patio with the string lights set a nice mood. The host was very responsive and kind. Even had a few groceries in the fridge. Very accommodating. My only gripe was a couple of days we slept in and we kept hearing balls being played with and loud walking. It was getting in the way of some extra zzz's. Another thing i wish i knew before hand was that you can't use the pool table after 11p. We were coming in kinda late wanting to use it. Overall I would stay again. "

"The staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. This location had a basic but good breakfast included which helped cut some of the expense for food. The location was a perfect location from the convention center with ample parking. It was also a good base camp with a short drive to some great restaurants and beaches with free parking."

"Coffee bar was a joke. Staff all was speaking Spanish. My mom wanted to buy some bleach to clean the tile in the handicapped bathroom. A place to sleep but that’s it."

"Absolutely terrible. Mattress was likely new in 1974, just horrible. Maintenance is non existent. Shower area was horrible. Not sure what they intended when they tried to repair the shower stall but it didn't work. I would not recommend. I really need to pay more attention to reviews. It's inexpensive, but so poorly maintained that it's not worth trying."

"Know when you check in that there is no luggage rack to transport your items to an extended stay property. The sign right outside of the property says " fully furnished". There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator. There are no coffee pot, dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils or hangers. There are 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper that will not be replaced for your stay. There is only one small bar of soap for the bathroom sink. Bring everything. That being said, this is clearly not meant to be a vacation rental. It is residential. There are many families living there full time. The school bus stops in the parking lot to bring and return the children residents to school. For this, I believe, they are supplying a great service to the community. After speaking with the friendly folks that live there, I learned that the property used to be inhabited by some of the most unsavory folks of our population. Positive changes have been made to make it a safe affordable living situation. I applaud that. I will choose a different property next year but wish them success in the service they are providing to the residents that live there."
