"Check in was fast with polite staff, we were given a cold refreshment on arrival. The room was as described and we were provided with duvet and pillows for the sofa bed. We had a great view! Room service was efficient and good portion size and good value for money. HOWEVER, the menu didn’t really suit our food requirements, it was nearly all breakfast items with lots of egg variations. Not typical room service menu, given the Marriott is a worldwide brand. The drinks are a little expensive, down to import costs maybe. Location is a very good, a short walk to Starbucks /Highlands coffee, Han market . Overall a good stay, the windows are sealed and there are no balconies. It’s very much a corporate hotel ."

"While the hotel is right on the beach, the extreme indoor humidity seriously affected our stay. Due to the dampness, there were visible signs of mold and a strong musty odor in the room. The bedding felt constantly damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. Severe mold issues like this can pose real health risks, especially for respiratory infections. I strongly urge management to address the ventilation and humidity control to improve room condition and guest safety."

"We stayed in a Premier Double room on the 11th floor, the staff were excellent to deal with, it's a great location across the road from the beach and central to all things beach wise. A few negatives from us were the room is quite small with very limited storage, the bathroom is a terrible design and the sink is outside the bathroom in the middle of the room, doesn't quite work. There is construction of another building directly beach front side of the hotel and the noise from there is an inconvenience as they work into the night unfotunately. We did try to upgrade to a better room but the hotel was fully booked, we did receive a complimentary spa session which was excellent, overall a few negatives but generally a nice hotel to stay at."

"Absolutely amazing stay. Very clean. 24hrs room service is a definite plus. Staff was exceptional. The spa was the best! And definitely go for the Panaromic room, its very much worth it !"

"Very new and well equipped rooms. Beautiful top 27th floor infinity pool. Staff is extremely nice & helpful. The Maia restaurant- bar on beach in front of hotel has free beach chairs, cabanas & umbrellas."

"Gorgeous property. A true 5 star. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We didn't end up using our pool because it was shaded and the water temp was too cold. The main pool was warm and not crowded so we lounged there most of the day. Joined 2 yoga classes with Div and would recommend them. Ate at all the restaurants and food was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful."
