"We loved the location as it was away from everyone and completely private. Still close enough that we had no problem golfing, biking, boating and going to Dinosaur National Monument. The home was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies and beds. Host was very responsive to all our inquiries. With a large group like ours, 9 adults and 7 children, another bathroom would be nice and eating dinner required a few to eat in chairs with no table. But those were minor items and on the whole we had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. Highly recommend. "

"The HideOut was great. Big comfy area for lounging and a big area to walk dogs. Loved the decorations and the front porch! Amenities great - not stingy with coffee, cups, towels, etc. The only thing for ME was the mattresses were very firm so I had issues getting to sleep. Regardless we will be back!"
