"Faultless stay at the Van der Valk Hotel Delft A4. The room was spotless and comfortable, I loved the rainfall shower. Check in & out was efficient and the staff were courteous and friendly. This was my second stay at the VdV and I wouldnāt hesitate in staying there again. Getting to Delft Station and Den Haag Centraal is easy using the local bus 37 and the sprinter trains. "

"Nice location on the beach. Room was nice, perhaps getting somewhat aged but that was reflected by the price. A bit longer walk in to Makkum itself, but doable and safe. We picked it for the water view and easy access to laundry facilities, right nearby, for the midpoint of our trip."

"Absolutely must-visit hotel, nice spa, spacious lobby, great bar. I was completely satisfied and would like to be back, just a small note- beds in twin room are extremely small. Next time only DBL bed please "
"This hotel is very convenient for business with some of the nearby international entities. However there is not much of anything else around the neighbourhood. What makes this hotel great is the staff. Without exception they are excellent and in particular the bar and restaurant staffers. You can have great amenities as this hotel does but it is always the staff that makes the difference and in this case you could not do better. "
