"The staff was very slow, except for housekeeping. They were great. restaurants took forever to get your order taken. All the good ones were closed for renovation. The beaches were great, excellent. The staff on the beach was good. great with getting your umbrella set up for you. But the people at restaurant and bars were very slow"
"Nice resort but not really for me. I like everything to be all in one place rather than having to take the shuttle everywhere. Food options were kind of limited also unless you have the mega all inclusive. Loved the food at the infinity pool though. I also wish the refrigerator was stocked with beverages without having to pay an extra fee. We also had no phone in our room the entire stay. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly and the resort was nice but I prefer something a different."
"First time on Bon Aire. Was not prepared for how quiet it was. The dive shop at Divi Flamingo was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant ( Chibi Chibi) was delicious and there was a good variety. It would have been nice to have some music playing at the pools to break up the silence."
