"We had a very pleasant stay - one night after a late flight into DUS. The room was ready with a cotbed set up as requested, and even a little surprise for our child. The room was quiet (given it's right next to the runway) and the hotel was very clean and functional. Breakfast had a nice selection, and we also used the pool, which is on the first floor and has a lot of natural light. "

I was left outside in cold and rain unable to gain access as I should have been sent a code or instructions on how to enter. Dispute several calls a pacing around the property i had no response. I was left cold wet and stranded. Left no choice than to find another hotel as close as possible to get a room for the night which I did at twice the cost and another taxi to the new hotel! "The hotel is very well located if you are visiting Expo/Messe/Arena... Subway station is very close. Although one minor issue was that hotel was repairing one elevator, and customers had to use service elevator. Hope they finish soon."
