Bad experience with this hotel
The check-in staff was rude and complained she was busy, although I also subscribed internet with surcharge but was told to wait until 23:00for another staff to provide user ID and Password.

Hotel Metropol Berlin-Wind from the past
The hotel staff was very friendly. Some of the hotel parts and items were maybe tens of years old, some modern like toilet. The hotel was run by a family. I think very good value for the money. The breakfast was 5e extra. The wifi was available and free.

Franchement médiocre
Pas de sèche-cheveux ni de porte-serviette dans la SdB. Chambre très mal isolée, et couloirs presque vétustes dans les étages. Il est dommage qu'en payant 250€ une chambre simple en période de grand salon international, l'hotel de se donne pas les moyens de refaire au moins la peinture dans les couloirs, la moquette et d'accrocher correctement le hub internet plutôt que de le laisser pendre du plafond! Petit déjeuner très médiocre également, avec un choix très réduit. Seul point positif : l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à seulement 4 stations de tram du vieux centre de Düsseldorf.

Buona posizione, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo
Un pò freddo per le temperature a cui siamo abituati in Italia, ma l'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione e quindi hanno detto che provvederanno a migliorare anche il sistema di riscaldamento. Ottima posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
