"Overall, we had a good stay. The housekeeping personnel were excellent—very attentive, professional, and did a great job keeping the room clean. The food was also excellent and consistently enjoyable. However, there are some areas where the service could improve. On several different days, we called both room service and the front desk multiple times, and unfortunately, no one answered. This was frustrating, especially when we needed assistance. I also believe some of the staff could be a little more friendly and welcoming. Simple things like responding when a guest says “thank you,” “good morning,” or offers a greeting can make a big difference in the overall experience. The hotel itself has a lot of good qualities, especially the housekeeping and food. With better responsiveness from the front desk and room service, along with a warmer attitude from some staff members, the guest experience could be much better."

"True hotel in every good way. As an American traveling to Georgia \(the country, not the U\.S\. state\), I quickly learned the difference between an apart-hotel and a real, traditional hotel—and it was a hard lesson. Radisson Red Tbilisi meets the standards I’m used to and expect, which unfortunately can’t be said for most of the “hotels” listed for rent in Georgia. The service, comfort, and overall experience were excellent. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is beautiful as in the pictures; the rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast is generous and the terraces have one of the most amazing views of the mountains I've ever seen. But that's a double-edged sword. It looks like this hotel and its restaurant have become the main tourist attraction in the area. It is the most crowded hotel I've ever been to; we could never find a table at dinner, and there is not a lounge area or a single chair in the hotel that hasn't become part of the restaurant. Besides, it's also a popular venue for wedding parties. After a long ride and looking for a quiet night close to nature, we had a noisy wedding party right next to our room that lasted until midnight. So I would recommend you look for a less expensive place to stay in the area and go to the hotel restaurant. They seem to care more about the restaurant guests than the people who are staying at the hotel."

"Great facilities, good service, decent-sized rooms and clean. A bit of a walk to the old town, maybe a mile or so which made it easy to get my steps in. Found it a bit noisy on a few evenings into the small hours from the nightclubs in the area."
