Former barn completely renovated with great comfort, design and warm, super equipped to make your stay a quiet break from a garden in Anjou surrounded by small stone walls and a historic environment.
Ideal for couples with 2 children or 4 adults.
On the ground floor opening onto a large terrace and a garden, a living room with 2 sofa beds, tv. A dining area for 8 people. A fully equipped Miele kitchen. A toilet with hand basin. Office space.
On the 1st floor, a small bedroom on the slope with a 190x140 cm bed opening onto the terrace and garden, storage / dressing room, TV. A small shower room with sink and wc window.

A beautiful property tucked away in a quiet village location. A warm welcome from the host Stanislas was much appreciated. The house is stylish with a charming mixture of modernity and traditional. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is well located with a supermarket being only a 5 minute drive away and of course so well situated for visiting all the wonderful chateaux in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to holiday in this area.

Had a very comfortable 2 weeks at this venue. The space is both very functional, comfortable and beautiful. No corners have been cut, the use of wood throughout is very pleasing. There is a bakery and supermarket very close by but you’ll be back to the serenity of the terrace and garden in no time at all. Stan is a great host, very considerate and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a stay and I will look to book again!

Un voyage express à Angers. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter plus longtemps de ce logement si agréable, si beau et décoré avec bon goût. Tout est de qualité et l’hôte très sympathique et attentionné. Nous recommandons.

Merci à Stanislas pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ! La maison est parfaite pour 4 (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Très bien décorée et aménagée on s’y sent vraiment bien. Très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre de Durtal à pied. Idéal pour passer une journée au zoo de la flèche situé à 20 minutes. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est parfaite, lumineuse, bien équipée, très propre. Le propriétaire est très avenant, aux petits soins. Le village est très bien aussi avec des possibilités de promenade à pied où en vélo, une piscine... Et tout proche du zoo de la Flèche. (15 min en voiture).

Achter een klein houten deurtje ontdek je een heerlijke tuin vol rust en een klein huisje met alle luxe die je nodig hebt. De gastheer stond altijd voor ons klaar en hielp ons graag met al onze vragen en wensen. Een mooie thuisbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Zeker aan te raden.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end prolongé dans un hébergement confortable à la décoration particulièrement soignée. Stanilas est un hôte toujours attentionné qui sait vous indiquer de belles ballades à vélo pour découvrir les lieux de repos de cette belle région.

Un cadre charmant, un jardin isolé et fleuri, un petit appartement tout neuf dans une ancienne bâtisse de caractère. Les décorations ont été choisies avec beaucoup de goût et on a de l'espace ce qui en fait un cocon douillet où il est agréable de s'y reposer. Le coin cuisine est spacieux et vous disposez de toute la vaiselle et les accessoires utiles. Le rez-de-chaussée permet d'accueillir des invités. Le top : l'accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions. Vous n'en repartirez qu'à contrecoeur !

Week end dynamique et aussi reposant dans la charmante maison chaleureuse et très bien équipée de Stan. Chauffage et isolation impeccable, extérieurs très agréables avec un environnement très privilégié. Nous avons pu concocter de très bons petits plats, grâce aux informations fournies sur les produits locaux à acheter, et grâce à une cuisine qui ne manque d'aucun équipement. Chambre très confortable avec petite salle d'eau - juste ce qu'il faut pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de cette ancienne grange parfaitement rénovée.
