"Welcoming staff on arrival. We had originally booked a studio and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Was spacious and clean. Not that we had travelled to Ballarat on the train but Quest Station was right next to the station. And the premises were within walking distance to cinema and to restaurants "

"Was amazing. Laundry available as well which we didn’t realise. No charge at all. Beds comfy, extra pilllows provided and staff were friendly and courteous "

"Very clean, very quiet, would stay here again. Very LARGE gap under balcony door which needs a draught excluder (we used a blanket). No parking space available so had to park out on the street. Office not open at 0940 Sunday morning when we checked out, so unable to pass this information on."
