The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Great location very close to UNH. I saw a previous negative comment about parking - the signage was very clear and the staff reiterated which parking areas were owned by the hotel, so parking was not an issue.

Property in good condition overall. Mainly booked this property due to the close proximity to the University of New Hampshire and downtown Durham. Rooms are modern. Shower was decent. Beds are comfortable. I've stayed here several times over the past 4 years, and one thing that's a negative is the quality of the hot breakfast has deteriorated....but it's still a good perk they provide a hot breakfast included with your stay.
