This beautiful chalet located in the woods in Petit-Han has 2 and can house 5 people, ideal for a group of friends this house has a heated pool.

The house is in the forest and is great to start great walks, the lake is just a km away, whereas restaurants and town center can be found 3 km and 5 km respectively. Stocking up on your general supplies can be done 3 km from the house and tourist information can be found a bit further 5 km away.

Schöner, attraktiver Park. Freundlicher Empfang. Gemütliches, sauberes Haus mit viel Privatsphäre. Leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Kleines, aber sauberes Schwimmbad mit angenehm warmem Wasser.

BUCHEN SIE HIER NICHT!!! Sehr schlechtes Haus, das überhaupt nicht instandgehalten wurde. Überall sind Spinnen und überall in den Schränken, im Zucker und in den Gewürzen Ameisen. Über uns ist es so laut, dass dich alle hören und wach werden, wenn du einen Schritt machst. Die Betten haben gelbe Flecken. Tassen und Gläser sind klebrig und nicht richtig gespült. Wir trafen eine kluge Entscheidung und packten am ersten Tag sofort unsere Koffer und gingen in ein Hotel. Der Empfang war super nett und machte uns klar, dass wir ab jetzt über den Ferienpark buchen würden und nicht über diesen Vermieter. Schade, denn wenn man so ein schönes Haus im Wald hat, kann man wirklich etwas Schönes daraus machen, aber alles ist ungepflegt und super dreckig...

Schlecht: Das Haus ist veraltet, besonders für jüngere Leute, und wir hatten das Pech, dass es schlecht war!! Wetter, also sind wir früher abgereist!! Gut, dass im Haus alles vorhanden ist, angenehm, wenn das Wetter nicht zu schlecht ist. An der Rezeption sind sie freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Ferienhaus Nr. 204 ist längst überfällig. Obwohl das Haus sauber war, wurden in den letzten Jahrzehnten wahrscheinlich viele dilettantische Anpassungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Im Duschraum war der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken enorm undicht.

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach, bietet aber alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist für maximal 5 Erwachsene geeignet. Sehr schöner Spaziergang, um in die Stadt Durbuy zu gelangen. Die Abfahrtszeit laut Belvilla ist in Wirklichkeit eine andere als nach den Regeln der Domäne. Grundsätzlich durften wir am Sonntag bis 20:00 Uhr bleiben, laut Domäne bis 10:00 Uhr, der Reservierungszettel wurde vorgezeigt, wir bekamen ihn also bis 17:00 Uhr.
