Parking is limited at the property. Each unit is allowed a total of two parking spaces on the premises, available on a first-come, first-served basis per HOA policy. Garages do not accommodate two vehicles per unit, and some guests may need to park on the street or use a different garage if on-site spaces are unavailable.

No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Hot Water Notice
The property has a 50-gallon electric hot water tank, which means the hot water supply is limited. If multiple guests are staying, please allow some time between showers or other heavy hot-water use so the tank can reheat.

No Air Conditioning
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.

Arrival Instructions
The unit is located in the Needles Building, which is the second building on the left within Cascade Village.
Guests should park near door #11 for the most convenient access.

Winter Access
During the winter months, a 4WD vehicle or traction devices may be required to safely access the property.

Streaming Services
The home includes access to Hulu for streaming. Netflix is not available.

Drug-Free & Smoke-Free Community
This is a strictly drug-free and smoke-free community. Smoking or drug use of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Skylight
The unit features a skylight that provides additional natural light to the space.

Ski Shop
There is an on-site ski shop available for your convenience.

Fishing Pond
Guests are welcome to enjoy the on-site fishing pond.

Sledding Hill
An on-site sledding hill is available for seasonal use.

Ski Shuttle
A ski shuttle is available to take guests to and from Purgatory Resort.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
