This split-level condo sits in the mountains just 18 miles north of downtown Durango, offering a cool respite in the summer and a skier's wonderland each winter. Here in San Juan National Forest, you'll be only four miles south of canoeing, kayaking, and fishing at Electra Lake, and eight miles south of the slopes and lifts of Purgatory Resort. You'll feel relaxed and at ease as soon as you enter the open living space, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding woodlands. Leave your hiking shoes or ski boots in the entryway closet, make yourself at home on the plush sofa or armchair, and flip on the flatscreen smart TV. In the sunny summer months, you can open the sliding glass doors to relax with a novel or a newspaper on the private deck. Come wintertime, you can cozy up with your loved ones, and use the provided WiFi to post photos and monitor the mountain conditions. The full-size kitchen has been fully updated with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home cooking and cleanup. Ascend the spiral staircase to reach the light-filled primary suite in an open, loft-style space. Back on the main floor, you'll find a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed in the living space and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
