"We had a great time and will definitely come back. I like the conscience of having a laundromat/convenient store literally cross the street was great for my family. I do want to praise all the friendly staff, Especially Long in the breakfast area. We have a vegetarian member in our group and he came and talk to her ensuring she has vegetarian foods. And Thao who helped us check out was super nice a well. I honestly want to praise many staff members however, I didn’t catch their names. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. "

"At the outset- Pullman Phu Quoc has a wonderful staff I cannot remember all names ( but all the staff are kind empathetic and accommodating) To name a few An, Nhi,Hong Than at the restaurant , Nhi at reception, the manager himself and also the Nurse Our kid fell ill during the trip the nurse came to the room and also came with us to the clinic outside the resort for more than 4-5 hours . Stayed and helped us all the way during our stay The staff sent the breakfast to our room as we could not go to breakfast ( freshly prepared vegetarian food ) The manager even sent our kid a get well soon with fresh fruits The facilities are also good ( we could not do justice) the beach swimming pool the splash area for kids , the kids club , free bicycle , I might have missed out something but will definitely recommend and also come back in the future"
