"Stayed at redcastle hotel on numerous occasios,best hotel ive ever stayed at ,ticks 11out of 10 on all points.cleanliness,efficency, location,food ,facilities and has the excellent staff,whom are eager to help,with anytime asked of them,.ive worked in a lot of countries and stayed at hotels all the time,but the redcastle hotel stands head and shoulders above them."

" The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut."
