"We had a great stay for an 80th birthday celebration. Clean, spacious house with large kitchen and dining area. Bikes and water toys were fun for the kids. Large deck to gather for sunset. Community pool was an added bonus for the really hot days!"

The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "Very welcoming cottage, located nearby Stratford Hall, where I met with my grandniece that is doing her internship there, this summer.Close by is Colonial beach, where we watched the Fourth of July fireworks.The cottage was excellent. The pleasant weather allowed us to indulge in relaxing poolside activities, such as lounging, playing games, and floating in the pool. The property's amenities, including a well-appointed kitchenette with a stocked Keurig coffee bar, enabled us to effortlessly prepare breakfast and lunch. For dinner, we found great options in Tappahannock, Esther was very responsive to answer any questions and made us feel very welcome. We’d love to go back"
