"This is possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room was dated, dusty /dirty. The whole hotel was dark and dingy and looked empty of any guests. The musty smell the minute you walked in the entrance door was overpowering. I was emailed to inform me the lift was broken so I requested before arriving a low floor as have mobility issues. They confirmed this would be granted. I would like to make others with mobility issues aware that there are still 2 sets of stairs to navigate to...
