so it was very important that I felt safe about leaving them in the room for a few hours. The only thing was the fees. The room itself was $110 but the fees were an extra $100. Other than that, I’d definitely book again. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The small park behind the house is convenient and the view from the upstairs is wonderful. The $2/person fee for the park is very reasonable. We launched the paddle board and kayaks from the park easily, carrying them down with the convenient carts in the garage. Unfortunately,
pets
aren't allowed in the park, but the walled-in backyard was perfect for our
dogs
. Two of the kayaks leaked badly, and we didn't know until we couldn't paddle them home, but Andy promises...

"What started out as a last minute birthday celebration for my husband resulted in a really fun trip for the whole family. We planned kayaking to fill the days. From arrival, it was everything as listed and specified. The decor was beautifully done, comfortable seating in the living room and very clean overall. "We booked this for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and it was perfect. The girls stayed in the loft and the boys in the separate suite behind the main house. Reese met us there in person and was extremely accommodating and helpful. We loved the property which has easy access to KP Hole Park. You can also float or paddle down river to Swampy’s Restaurant. The property had plenty of paddle boards for everyone. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again!"
