Welcome to your Riverfront Retreat located right in the town of Dunnellon! Bring your own boat and dock it steps from your back deck! Boat trailer parking available on property! This portion of the Withlacoochee River is Idle Wake so you don't have to worry about your boat getting beaten up by the wake. You can be on the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River in a matter of minutes! Walking distance to Historic Downtown, restaurants and shopping. Can't beat this location!

Two beautiful decks with incredible views of the Withlacoochee River to relax on. One downstairs and one upstairs, screened in, right outside the Master Bedroom. Either is perfect for unwinding after a day on the river or in the morning with a cup of coffee. The townhome has 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, two dressers and two closets as well as access to the upstairs screened in deck. The Guest Bedroom is equipped with two twin beds (all sheets provided) and has a wall mounted TV. Great for a guest or a room to relax and watch a movie.

Downstairs the Living room has a reclining sofa and recliner along with TV and electric fireplace. Full kitchen with all the basics and a dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer located in the downstairs bathroom.

River Townhouse

This 2 story townhouse may be on the small side but it leaves a big impression when you see the view from the deck. It was a perfect spot to sit and relax with your favorite beverage, watch the river traffic and keep an eye on the resident alligator, Stubby.This property had all we were looking for. Within walking distance to several restaurants. A walkable neighborhood. A short bike ride or walk to Blue Run Park, which connects to the Withlacochee Trail. It is centraly located for day trips to Crystal River, Ocala, and Gainesville. My wife and I stayed here for 2 months and couldn't be happier. The bed was comfortable. All the comforts of home were available.This is definitely on our list of places to visit again.
