The bar area downstairs is excellent and the room was ideal (slightly dated but everything we needed and we had a nice quiet sleep). I have to leave a note for the Collette in reception, she was able to arrange an early check in, and book a taxi as well as just being lovely to deal with. If im in the area again, this will be my hotel."

"We had such a great time staying at this amazing historical site. Stephanie was very communicative and helpful with instructions and recommendations. This castle really immerses you in the history of the location. I picked this location for the amazing views and the unique experience. If you want history and beauty this is your place. If you want 5 star hotel with fancy accommodations this is not your place. But it definitely got 5 stars from me."

"Perfect location with easy access to parking, our room was exactly as advertised clean and comfy. we had dinner at the bar and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The area is very quiet at night so that was awesome because we got plenty of rest. Definitely recommend to stay a night or two. "
