Confusing when checking out was told I had to pay, couldn't find where to pay...asked again and was told something entirely different by the same person. The parking was the least expensive $18/day. The parking garage is not clearly marked...again instructions were not clear. The breakfast was clear about what you could select from...frustrating especially when under staffed. The biggest takeaway was the unclear communication between the staff and the customers."

Food was excellent, service wonderful and the band, LVNDR, incredible. I highly recommend a stay at this perfect boutique hotel. "
