This is a 2bdrm/1 bath upstairs apartment. The unit has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. There are 2 cameras at the front door (Ring and Amcrest). These are to protect our property and NOT to spy on our guests!

I can be reached by phone anytime except between 10pm and 7am.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood located in the 1st Ward.

You will need a car to get around. You can park in the driveway when the owner isn’t using the downstairs unit.

There are 2 outdoor cameras at the front door. Do not block or obscure the cameras.

We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi)) before your reservation can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If you opt for the damage deposit, Superhog will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees.
