I left my phone and iPad chargers in the hotel - she kindly posted them to our next hotel. A million thanks!"

Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. Food as always is beautiful in the restaurant. Definitely stay again as all the staff are so friendly and helpful "
