"They changed the reservation system for restaurants with a new first come first serve. queues begin around 6.30pm. the service and restaurants are quite good, but be ready to "take it slow" and enjoy it. if you come with children, the buffets are VERY good, and depending on the day, they can be cooler and less crowded even, enjoyable. the staff is excellent."

"The guy who checked us in, after midnight was super friendly. It was nice to see that kind of energy at that time of night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the shower and our door wouldn’t close properly from the outside. The free breakfast buffet was ok, the young man who made us omelettes was very friendly and did a good job. "

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day.
