"The room was very clean, except the towels were stained. The heat wasnt working and it was fixed immediately. Only other issue was certain tv channels did not work properly. There was some garbage and cigarette buts outside. The price was affordable. Overall i was happy. And would stay here again. Huge plus they allow pets for a small extra charge."

"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "This property is a short 10-15 min walk to the light rail train to the exchange station. This then takes you to Penn Station in Manhattan, which by the way is the WTC transportation hub. My husband and I were traveling with our teenagers. The king size bed with comfy sheets, pillows and blankets was clean and fresh and in its own room. "Very clean, nicely decorated space with very friendly host. Communication was very good, comfortable and spacious and had a lot of nice features. My wife and my daughter loved staying. Roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when my daughter has an event in the area. It's great when the owner communicates well when you are traveling from far away and eases your mind."
