"We had two rooms. One was great overlooking the canal, unfortunately the other was less so with very limited headroom, overlooking the car park, yet we paid the same amount for both rooms. "

"Beautiful room! We stayed in the Loch Ness room which had a private balcony overlooking the village. Huge windows in the room as well. The chap who came to bring us more towels was kind and friendly. (It was his first day.) We stayed here after arriving in Inverness en route to Ft. William. The only downsides: Not a lot of places open for dinner. Had to eat twice at the Chinese restaurant. (Granted, it was delicious!). I wish there was an iron and ironing board. "

"The view of the river and trees in the seating area behind the bunkhouse was beautiful. The staff were wonderful but reception being closed until 4pm makes it difficult to find help if you have any questions during the day. There were also no lockers in the rooms, or much space for personal storage. Other than that it was all lovely. "
