"Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent location, very comfortable bed"

"The staff that cleaned the rooms were excellent but the response from the spa manager Ryan leaves a lot to desire we had booked a massage and paid £80 for it explaining that we were only there for 4 nights when we turned up for the massage they could not find any record of the booking when they did finally find the booking it was for a week later the staff explained that the manager had to pass the refund when he finally got in touch with me I got no apology no sorry for the inconvenience this caused as it was for a special gift to my wife’s sister on her birthday and retirement only wanted my bank details for the refund which would take 5-7 days all in all quite a disappointing few days also pool cold and hot tub out of order for our full stay"

"This was a lovely place to stay. We chose the very basic room which suited our needs. If you’re looking for a lavish holiday, this might not be the room for you but for a cozy place to stay travelling from a to B this was perfect for us."

"The breakfast was ok, the staff didn't seem organised and had not much awareness of how many people they had to cater for. "

"The room was clean but the whole hotel is in need of refurbishment as its very old and dated. I went down to the restaurant but there was no one there so I didn't bother staying. I wouldn't stay there again."

"I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the quality of the food at the restaurant. The staff were super nice and attentive. The view from the restaurant is amazing. I would happily book another stay here in the future. "
